**The role**:
We are seeking a Content Creator to help tell our story and message to our customers. We pride ourselves on great service and being from the sport. There are so many stories of strength to be told, and you’ll help us create these stories across every customer touchpoint. You will channel the voice of Strength Shop to create brand awareness through the use of social media and content that inspires customers.

As a specialist in content creation you will work to:

- Raise brand awareness online via various social media channels, newsletter etc
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content to promote the brand, current products and new product releases
- Manage the social media content schedule
- Grow and build our social media presence and reach that will instill confidence in current and new customers
- Attend events, competitions, athlete training sessions to capture content
- Work with at international team in accordance with brand guidelines

**About you**:

- Experience in content creation is essential (video/photography)
- Passionate and interested in strength training (strongman/powerlifting/bodybuilding etc )
- You are able to take a simple brief and turn this into engaging content for all social media channels
- Knowledge of SEO/copywriting would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in creating and implementing a social media strategy
- Understanding of social media & market trends and the ability to keep up with this ever changing environment
- Strong written communication skills
- Things friends and colleagues would say about you: Creative, friendly, collaborative, open-minded, keen eye for detail, growth mindset, willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong collaborator but comfortable working independently with little direction
- Experience using Adobe creative suite

**How will we measure success in the role?**
We will largely use the following measures:

- Social media growth in terms of reach/following/engagement across all platforms
- Quality of content created
- Use of initiative and creativity in line with brand guidelines
- Ability to reach goals and meet deadlines set

**Our process**:
You'll walk through three stages:
**2. Interview**: We will conduct an in-person interview to assess your suitability for the role, and to answer any questions you may have about the role and the company. We'll also use this chance to see whether both our expectations align.

**3. Meet the team**:You'll get to meet our other team members. We value team fit above everything else. This also gives you the chance to see whether you'd enjoy working with us.

**4. Final conversation**:We are going to chat more about the position, what you value and whatever is on your mind. From here we will come to a final decision.

**We are mindful of your time**:Going through all stages can be done within two weeks - stages may be combined into 1 or more interview rounds. Once you've passed them all we will extend a formal offer.
