**What you’ll be doing**

As the Production Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery that aligns with client expectations. You will collaborate with the Business Manager and Post-Production Coordinator to plan, assist, and oversee the production activities for IET.tv until the final digital product is delivered.

**A little more about the role**
- Receive, review, schedule, quote and assess budgets for all internal and external filming requests (with Post Production and Production Supervisor where necessary)
- Create briefs for crews including running orders, kit & asset requirements, speaker requirements and special requirements for live transmissions and hybrid events
- Liaise with Post Production and Production Supervisor, Creative Supervisor and Lead Editor on editing schedules and deadlines.
- Check venues for suitability - including access, camera positions, bandwidth, A/V provision and any other requirements
- Book transport, accommodation and supply associated paperwork for crew/equipment where required
- Communicate all meta-data and permissions to the Website Content Management Assistant for video record generation.
- Provide production assistant support as part of crews where requested.

- Logistics planning experience.
- Ability to assess requirements and make judgments on priorities.
- Ability to analyse requests to ensure realistic delivery within resource and budget constraints.
- Excellent command of English language and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to react quickly to changes and communicate in most effective way to all concerned.
- On occasion to work unsocial hours to facilitate and troubleshoot with early and late shoots

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £19,800.00 per year
