LASER PRINT AND INKJET OPERATOR - DIRECT MAIL - HENFIELD WEST SUSSEX

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (may change to shifts)

Cohesion SBS LTD are looking for an experienced 'laser print and inkjet operator' who can use their skills across all aspects of production including, laser print, inkjet personalisation, finishing, machine & hand enclosing.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who will thrive in a busy environment. The role will require the individual to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and be flexible in all areas of the factory floor, ensuring tight deadlines are met.

Previous experience within the direct mail industry is essential, even if it is within a specific area at first, as training will be given to increase your skill set.

**Ideal skills would include**:

- Laser printing
- Envelope Inkjet printing
- Document composition
- Mail merge
- Mail sortation
- Finishing, folding & guillotining etc.
- Machine enclosing
- Hand enclosing
- Fork lift licence

**Requirements**:
Skilled Laser Printer and Inkjet Operator with essential knowledge of setting & operating a Laser and Inkjet printers.

Have experience running Laser Printers and Inkjet printers and keeping direct mail / mail sort work in strict sequence order.

Knowledge of a Print Finishing environment advantageous.

Experience with Machine Enclosing also advantageous.

Communication - Ability to liaise with and communicate instructions and requirements to fulfilment team members to achieve maximum machine efficiency.

Teamwork - good team member, provide support to other team members, positive team attitude, willing to assist in completing team workload.

Attention to detail - complete work without need for supervision and to deadlines, striving for highest standards.

Attitude - enthusiastic, motivated, good work ethic, flexibility to tasks & hours of work, desire to learn, accept ownership/responsibility.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
