Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our team.
Neuman Aqua are delivery experts of waterparks, pools and aquatic attractions. We provide a full range of services from initial concept design, engineering, detailed design including hydraulic and filtration calculations, through to complete turnkey projects for waterparks, shared residential, hotel, competition, hydrotherapy, domestic and leisure pools.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Co-ordinator to join our growing business, working as part of the service team assisting the service manager with the effective and efficient running of the department.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Working within our busy service department assisting the service manager with the effective and efficient running of the department, liaising with customers, suppliers and our field based engineers on a daily basis, dealing with requests and queries.
- Manage Clik system using engineer reports, customer sales and daily business function
- Processing engineers reports via Clik following engineers service visits including creating quotations for clients, invoicing relevant work undertaken and products/parts.
- Daily scheduling /booking service and refurbishment work visits with clients and our engineers.
- Assisting with management and updating of our Service management system to ensure efficiency in processing.
- Raising Purchase orders and communicating with suppliers and manufacturers, whilst maintaining service stock items
- Ensure good customer service
- Raise Client monthly invoices
- Provide support to other areas of the business as required.

- Excellent written and verbal communication especially with clients
- Ability to work as part of a team

- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Clik
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
