**Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Admin Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and customer service support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing New Image Communication with professionalism and dedication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Vodafone products and services.
- Assist customers with account setup, configuration, and usage of devices and services.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
- Stay updated on Vodafone products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Excel and other customer support tools.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers, especially in stressful situations.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies and products.

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
