We are looking for individuals to support a female with Dementia to live a fulfilled and safe life at home. These shifts are 4 hours and cover 7 days per week.

At MedGen Community Services we pride ourselves on making a positive impact to enable people to live independently whilst remaining in their own homes. We will work with each Client to create a person-centred care plan to support them to live as independently as possible whilst remaining within their own home.
We start with the Client’s needs and build their support package around them, we offer bespoke person-centred Support which clients have choice and control over, this allows them to tailor the support package to how they want their support to look, this also helps with future planning along with consistency.

- Your role includes some of the below but isn’t exclusive to:_
- **Personal Care.**
- **Medication Administration and Recording.**
- **Record Keeping (care notes).**
- **Companionship.**
- **Qualifications**_
- To either have or work towards the Care certificates.
- Experience in previous care position and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with working with clients with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
- Hold or be working towards all mandatory training courses.
- Undertaking MedGen Community Services Induction training.
- **Other Duties**_
- Always maintain confidential records.
- Work within the policies, procedures, and guidelines of Medgen Community Services
- Staff will be expected to work weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas and the pay will reflect this.
- Engage effectively with line managers.
