**Job Title**:Project Co-ordinator - 37.5 hrs per week

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Develop and maintain relationships through excellent communication, explaining and justifying a point of view objectively to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide project support as required to identified Safer Staffing related projects.
- Coordinate acuity and dependency measurement cycles for inpatient and community teams to include training as required, ensuring compliance and timely return of data, support with analysing the data and organisation of the post measure validation meetings.
- Organise, minute and maintain the action logs for meetings as required ensuring that actions from identified meetings are followed up and completed by action owners and log updated accordingly.
- Prepare/draft supporting paperwork for meetings as appropriate, ensuring that this information is circulated to the relevant individuals in good time.
- Provide project support as required to identified Safer Staffing related projects.

- Experience in a similar role
