**Housekeeping Supervisor - Luxury Apartments complex in Soho**

A professional and friendly Group owning a complex of luxury apartments in Soho are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise their professional team of 15- 20 cleaners.

The company promotes a polite and supportive culture and are looking for a friendly manager, a good leader who can teach and communicate in a patient and professional manner with the team.

**The Housekeeping Supervisor role involves**:

- Ensuring the highest level of cleaning standards, assigns duties accordingly while inspecting all aspects to make sure everything meets industry standards
- Monitoring the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests
- Training and mentoring housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Checking apartment areas for tidiness
- Having a good understanding of sanitation regulations
- Outstanding communication skills and leadership abilities
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate supply is available at all times

**Schedule**:
40 h pw

10am to 4pm (flexitime, 6 hours per day 6 days a week, with 4 floating hours)
