**Housekeeping Supervisor - Luxury Apartments**

**Location**:Soho
**Salary**:£29,000 per annum
**Hours**:40 p/w

**About the Role**:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our luxury apartments. You will oversee the daily cleaning operations and conduct quality checks to ensure that our guests experience the utmost comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

**Key Highlights**:

- All cleans are done between 11:00 and 15:00, with ad hoc maintenance throughout
- 6 hours a day + 4 floating hours
- 25 cleans daily

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the cleaning operations, ensuring all apartments are cleaned to perfection.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide training and support to cleaners to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Utilize basic handyman skills for ad hoc maintenance tasks, such as using power tools and performing minor repairs.
- Act as the main liaison between cleaners and management, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a smooth operation.
- Uphold a polite and supportive culture, fostering a friendly and professional environment for our team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a luxury 5 star hotel-level housekeeping role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Basic handyman skills and confidence in using power tools and performing minor repairs.
- A patient and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
