**Ten Three Cleaning** are seeking an enthusiastic **Recruitment Assistant** to support the Head of Recruitment, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organisation.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a critical role in the recruitment process by assisting with various administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.

**Hours: 20hours PW**

**Shift Pattern: 10:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including administrative duties and new starter operations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a similar HR support role is preferred, **but not mandatory**.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
