The work is classed as "Line work" in time you will be trained on how to build most parts of this product. We are recruiting forpeople to work in the Glass department of this well known company here in Rugby.

The people we are looking for would be interested in a new career and permanent job. The work is classed as medium to heavey and is very much a hands on placement. Experience is NOT required as training will be given, However any experience using basic handling of glass may be an advantage. The job itself is physical, you will regularly move, lift or carry items throughout the working day. You may on occasion be required to move/lift other items with the additional support of your team members.

**Static shift No1**
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, (40hrs per week)
- 5 x 8hr shifts
- £416.80 for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £426.00
- Overtime is regularly available.

All the positions are based on a 12-week tem-2-perm only. It’s a trial period of 12 weeks and when completed a permanent contract of employment is offered giving security, stability and a new career path.

**Additional benefits on completion of the temp-2-perm**

- Closed over Christmas and New Year, closed from Dec 23rd through to 2nd Jan
