Factory Worker

We are happy to be recruiting for an uplift in the workforce of this window manufacturing business. We’re going through exciting times with the growth of the factory production team here in Rugby.

This Nationwide windows and door manufacturing company are recruiting for new team members due to the growth of the glass department. The work is classed as “line work” it’s hands-on, no experience required as training will be given. The job itself is physical, you will regularly move, lift or carry items weighing 10kg, 15kg and 20kg throughout the working day. You may on occasion be required to move/lift heavier items with the additional support of your team members.

The manufacturing of windows panes is a career move away from the warehousing and distribution sectors and a skill not many people have. **Static shift No1**
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, (40hrs per week)
- 5 x 8hr shifts
- £416.80 for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £426.00
- Overtime is regularly available.

**Or choose static shift No 2**
- Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 01:45am (40hrs per week)
- 4 x 10hr shift
- £456.80 for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £476.00
- Overtime is regularly available.

All the positions are based on a 12-week tem-2-perm only. It’s a trial period of 12 weeks and when completed a permanent contract of employment is offered giving security, stability and a new career path.
