- _We are looking for a_**_ Supply Chain Assistant _**_to join our subsidiary in Oxford, UK._

**Your Tasks**:

- Manual handling
- receiving, packing and getting orders ready for shipment
- Maintaining, sourcing and reordering stock levels
- Completing relevant paperwork for shipping and receiving stock (including international deliveries)
- Allocating and fulfil orders from internal stock
- Liaise with Supply Chain Management in the headquarter in Germany, as well as with the Finance and Sales department
- Order processing: coordination of deliveries
- Assisting account managers during back order situations and potential order allocation.

**Your Qualification**:

- Successfully completed apprenticeship: Warehouse Clerk
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Ability to problem solve in a growing business
- Ability under pressure to deliver excellent service for our customers and distributors as part of a team working for a global company.
- Result oriented and quality conscious.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and hands-on mentality
- Familiar with SAP, MS Office
