As a Technical Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently and effectively coordinating Service Engineer resources, ensuring work is completed to a high standard within agreed time frames. Reporting directly to the Head of Service Operations and Development, you will work closely with a dynamic team, continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the betterment of our world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all reactive Field Service bookings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, accurately documenting the technical nature and urgency of each call.
- Log all service report actions within CRM and assign them to the appropriate colleagues for timely completion.
- Process quotations for service visits and minor modifications to existing equipment.
- Assist in addressing technical issues and inquiries raised by sales and engineering personnel. Support the contracts team by compiling checklists and parts kits for equipment maintenance.
- Follow up on outstanding customer quotations to ensure progress.
- Collaborate with internal staff, suppliers, and global counterparts to resolve customer inquiries.
- Conduct appraisals and objective setting for engineers within your team, working closely with the Head of Service Operations to determine suitable training and development plans.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar technical customer service, field service, or customer-facing role.
- Ideally, experience in coordinating technical projects.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary in the range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annul
- Full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9-5.
