Recruitment Consultant

Gloucester - £20 - 25k (DOE) + Commission

We are now looking to bring on board a new Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to work closely with our Managing Director at CKB Recruitment, supporting him with his client bank, which is made up of predominately insurance clients, with a major amount of these being insurance broking firms and large blue-chip insurers.

As such, this is a delivery focused resourcing role with no business development needed and represents a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a route into recruitment, or if you are already in recruitment and looking for a new challenge. We have an absolute ton of jobs for you to work on currently

They are a small boutique agency, but with big plans moving forward. We have carved out an enviable reputation within the insurance recruitment market as being one of the market leaders, despite our small size and would like to speak to people who want to be part of this moving forward and help us to continue to punch above our weight.

To be considered you will need to be highly driven and professional with an excellent telephone manner, be able to multitask and work at a fast pace. You will also need to be a quick learner and be able to work independently once trained. There will also be a clear and defined progression path for you here to, so keen to hear from those that would like to develop themselves to set up and manage their own recruitment desk in the future, or those ready to take over a hot desk now

Salary on offer £20-25k pa basic, plus excellent commission structure (which is uncapped), with 22 days holiday to start, plus 1 duvet day.

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, however we do offer hybrid working, and will also consider full or part time hours.
