**Basic salary £35,000 (Doe) plus guaranteed commission for first 6 months**

Due to a solid and steady growth we are now recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take the reins of a busy desk on the white collar perms team. This is a 360 role where you’ll be given a warm desk with lots of existing clients so you can hit the ground running.

- Hours 7.30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday
- 4pm finish on Fridays

**The role**:
This is an exciting and varied role where no 2 days are the same

**Daily activities include**:

- Building new and maintaining existing relationships with many blue chip companies
- Visiting clients on site to understand their full requirement
- Pre-screening CV’s
- Negotiating salaries

**About you**:

- Minimum 12 month’s Agency Recruitment experience ESSENTIAL
- Ideally within the construction or engineering sector
- Can demonstrate successful billings
- Superb sales ability
- Hungary for success
- Self-motivated - doesn’t want micro-management
- Enjoys the buzz of closing a deal
- Driven by the desire to earn shed loads of cash
- Must be able to drive and access to own vehicle
