Junior or Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Role:
This is a diverse role dealing with all aspects of the sales and rental process. Duties will include but not limited to:
Registering new applicants

Liaising with vendors, buyers, landlords and solicitors

Building a rapport with our team of experienced contractors

Conduct checkouts of rental properties

**Requirements**:
Negotiator experience in a sales or rentals role is preferable but not essential as full training will be given

Strong work ethic

Work well under pressure

Good telephone manner

Excellent customer service

Work well within a small team

Full clean driving license and presentable own car essential

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Company pension

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tunbridge Wells: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
