We love day trips out, to the seaside, popping out for a coffee and cake and trips to the theatre But we would also love to be able to experience new activities - this is where you come in Creative thinkers who would bring new adventures and ideas is exactly what we need.

Discovery are looking for proactive Support Workers to join their team in Crewkerne We are looking for kind and caring people to offer support to 6 adults with Learning Disabilities and Dementia, to promote their independence and create a positive and happy home.

Alongside this we want people who are happy to support with personal care, cooking, shopping and keeping the house spotless

We have full and part time roles available so if this sounds like something you would love then we want to hear from you

We are pleased to be able to offer both Full and Part Time roles.

- £11.03 per hour 'further pay award pending'

This role requires an enhanced DBS Disclosure, which will be obtained for you by Discovery.
