We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our team in Crewkerne, who support a gentleman called Terry who lives in his own home. Terry loves to get out and about and has a passion for adventure and he is looking for someone who will share his love of the outdoors with him and support him to access the places and activities that he enjoys.

Other things that Terry enjoys are:

Alongside these activities your role will be to ensure that Terry feels safe and comfortable, promoting his independence and supporting with his everyday needs, this will include, personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning and food shopping, amongst other things.
