**HR Officer - Reward and Inclusion (12 month FTC)**

Our client is looking for a HR Officer based in Peterborough, specialising in Reward and employee initiatives. Reporting into the HR Director this role will be to develop a corporate non pay reward strategy to support the People Strategy to attract and retainexcellent staff. Travel to 2 separate sites is required therefore access to your own vehicle and a drivers licence is essential.

**As HR Officer you will be**:

- Research, evaluate and work with HR to implement new non-pay reward, benefits and incentives opportunities. Liaise with third party providers to assess cost effective options.
- Report on the costs and benefits of reward programmes and how they may be launched.
- Promote existing reward and benefit schemes, including updating detail on the appropriate staff intranet pages.
- Develop promotional copy in conjunction with Marketing to assist advertising campaigns.
- Develop innovative approaches to vacancy advertising for different types of job roles.
- Lead on the usage of social media and recruitment platforms for vacancy advertising.
- Attend meetings of the 5 strategy sub-committees and work with the Group Director of HR where HR involvement and actions are required.
- Work with the Group Director of HR on producing key performance indicators and data linked to the initiatives attached to the committees’ agendas
- Maintain effective working relationships with managers and staff to ensure they are receiving the service they need from the department and to work with them on key issues in a pro-active manner and against IEG wider aims and targets
- Minimum CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Working hours Monday to Thurs 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Experience working within recruitment and HR function
- Experience working on DE&I activity within a HR role
