Technology Support Administrator

The HSS ProService team are looking for a Technology Support Administrator to join them, where you'll be assisting customers and HSS physical branches to efficiently utilise the ProService ordering system; ensuring that administrative documents are up-to-date, and the User Experience of the system is the best that it can be.
Working with the wider team, this role will be customer service-focused, making sure that issues are resolved and that communication is always at the forefront.
**This role is mostly remote with the ad-hoc team meetings at our head office in Trafford Park, Manchester.**
This would be an ideal change of role for individuals who have a customer service based background such as hospitality or retail - so if you have this experience, don't hesitate to apply
What will you do?
- Assisting both colleagues and customers with training on each platform as the systems progress.
- Keep training documents and records up to date.
- Communicating regularly with our colleagues and customers to ensure they are getting the best user experience.
- Arrange video conferences with our customers / colleagues to help them get maximum benefit out of using the systems and continuously support them with any user issues they may be experiencing.
- Work closely with the rest of the Tech team outlining any issues you experience along the way so they can log and arrange a resolve quickly and efficiently.
