This is a flexible, permanent, daytime position which can be three or four days per week. Alternate weekend work will be required. The successful applicant will have experience in a front of house or supervisory role though full training can be given. Our beautiful train cafe where we deliver our highly-popular meals and afternoon teas, needs someone who will deliver an experience that is amazing, special and memorable for all the right reasons.

Our award-winning, busy cafe attracts fabulous reviews and the tips reflect our customers' appreciation too. It's a great place to work and the enjoyment of all staff shines through into a great team spirit during the working day.

Any additional experience or skills that would be helpful in a busy cafe, eg Barista, Supervisor or rota planning, will be viewed very positively. Remuneration will take this into account.

The successful applicant will be a real team player, show commitment to the business and really understand the importance of customers and delivering the best possible experience for them. This is a busy, demanding role that will suit an active individual.
