As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Your duties as a Band 5 RMN will include conducting assessments, facilitating therapeutic interventions, and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of patients under your care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and actively participating in team meetings and clinical supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assessing and evaluating the needs of patients with mental health conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and monitoring their effectiveness
- Facilitating therapeutic interventions and providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Participating in team meetings and clinical supervision

**Requirements**:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Valid NMC registration
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
