**Responsibilities for the position;**

1. Place and manage job advertisements.

4. Assist with the first phase of the on-boarding process / gathering details and handing over.

**Essential skills;**
- Experienced recruiter with a proven track record of successful hires.
- Competent in computer skills and highly organised.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal.
- Personable and ability to understand people.

The working days/hours for the role are flexible. We assume an initial 8-hours per week and there may be times where overtime is available such as when going to market for a number of new hires at once/busy periods of expansion.

The work hours may need to expand as the company grows.

Our offices are located at Unit 4 Lendal Court, Nottingham NG7 4EZ and visiting the office on a monday would be preferable although some working from home is allowable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
