**Here is a flavour of how you might contribute to the team here**:

- Supporting the team through training and development
- Ensuring services are executed to a consistently high standard, approaching any complaints confidently and resolving them effectively.
- Act as duty manager, supporting the senior management team in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel
- Working with the Food & Beverage Manager to drive the guest experience
- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety

- Confident and outgoing with an ability to communicate with a variety of people from different backgrounds
- Strong organisation and timekeeping
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer facing role
- A desire to learn and grow with the business
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across the week
