**Job Summary**:
As a Front of House Server at the Forager Pub, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and efficient service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including setting up tables and stocking supplies.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or server role, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
