We are on the hunt for a bartender to join The Forager. We are looking for someone with amazing people skills, natural charisma, and a passion for food and drink. But first of all, here is a little bit about us.

Located in Dollar, Clackmannanshire, The Forager is a laid back country style pub with a stunning private dining room and honest cooking that wouldn’t be out of place in the country kitchens of yesteryear.

The restaurant is run by the Dean Banks Group who are an East Coast company who specialise in high-end dining and beverages. Dean’s first job as a chef was at The Brewhouse in Arbroath. The menu will pay homage to favourite British pub classics with daily specials which will include fresh fish, pies & a classic Sunday roast.

In the bar we serve craft beers, fantastic wines, bespoke cocktails and a selection of local hand pulled ales.

As a member of the bar team, your roles will include:

- Working on the bar serving drinks
- Providing consistently excellent customer service
- Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, serving customers, cleaning, organising
- Working closely with the front of house and kitchen team to deliver the best experience day in day out
- Promoting sales and adhering to licensing legislation.
- Serving high end: cocktails, gins, whisky’s, champagne, wine, and coffee

**Experience**:

- We are looking for previous experience in a bar position

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
