Waitress/ Waiter

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and cocktails
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Monday to Friday
