Brighter Futures are recruiting a Quality Improvement lead and B-Tec Sports Curriculum IQA responsible for Managing campus performance, curriculum design and verification of assessment decisions across Sports programmes to ensure outstanding education and progression across multiple sites.

The appointed person will be a champion of learner progression within the sector of study; responsible for providing solutions to ensure we embed careers advice and guidance for progression and destination routes.

**Responsibilities**
- Be a key member of the companies Quality Team, working collectively to drive up the standards of delivery across the Study Programme.
- Manage campuses within the companies Quality Framework, through the completion of regular quality monitoring activities and Staff Observations.
- Support and manage delivery staff to ensure internal performance targets are achieved.
- Be a champion of Careers Advice and Guidance across the company’s curriculum offering and monitor and track learner destinations.
- Develop an outstanding curriculum and ensure its effective implementation and continuous improvement through robust IQA activity.
- Build and implement ‘best’ practice sampling and support strategies to ensure assessment outcomes and internal verification processes exceed awarding body standards.
- Provide concise reports for Senior Management on the outcome of verification, consistency of outcomes reached, and related preventative and corrective actions.

**Do you qualify?**

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

- Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification
- Have qualifications and experience of delivering BTEC Sports qualifications
- A teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed) is desirable.
- Car and Full UK driving licence is essential.
