If you are reliable, can maintain a positive attitude to hard work and show an eye for detailthen we want you. A CIS card plus knowledge of modern landscaping techniques would be advantageous, whilst on and off the job training will be provided.

As the lead landscaper (whilst other positions may be available), your responsibilities will be:
1. To be at the job site on time.

2. Perform care and maintenance of assigned tools.

3. Load and unload materials.

4. Identify and remove hazards from the job site.

5. Resolve issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.

6. Create and follow technical job specifications for the completion of technical construction activities.

7. Communicate accurately, honestly and professionally with the project manager.

8. Record evidence of construction methods.

9. Lead on activities of site survey and setting out to implement a given garden design.

10. Independently complete a wide range of landscaping tasks including (but not exclusive of) planting and bed preparation, brick laying, rendering, turfing, fencing, decking, patio and pathway construction, ground preparation and construction with timbers.

11. Independently operate power tools with cutting discs and blades, plus heavy machinery such as (but not exclusively including) tracked barrows, turf cutters and rotavators.

12. Safely operate garden machinery including (but not exclusive of) strimmers, hedge cutters and chippers.

13. Support the training and development of junior members of the team.

14. Supervise others to ensure that all construction tasks are completed to a standard of perfection with due diligence, care and attention to detail.

15. Participate in activities for your own training and development.

16. At all times, uphold the expectations set out in the Site Rules.

17. Participate in any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
