**Job position**:
Returns / Credit Administrator
- Mon to Thurs: 8:30am - 5pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4pm
Steinel UK are looking for a full time Returns Administrator this role encompasses a range of day-to-day administrative tasks for returned goods for their Peterborough Distribution site.
Due to the varied nature of this role we are looking for someone who is flexible, someone who will work with the existing team.
The business’s focus on customer care and satisfaction means that it needs a switched on, intelligent and capable Administrator to join its team.
**Tasks**:
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Answering customer technical queries with products
- Sending returns authorisation no. to customers
- Send statements at least once a month if not more
- Order processing when required to help sales team
- General admin tasks
- Other adhoc tasks as and when required
**We are looking for**:
- IT Literate
- Sage and Sage CRM user would be adventageous
- Confident, friendly telephone manner who have a positive attitude
- Great organisational skills
- Willing to work alone and as part of a hardworking small team
