As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in their team, responsible for crafting captivating content, monitoring campaign success through analytics, working behind the scenes on set to produce videos, running autocue, and so much more. This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance your marketing skills and kick-start a rewarding career in the industry

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Produce engaging content and short videos tailored for platforms like Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more.
- Utilise a range of tools including HubSpot for secure content storage, Photoshop, After Effects, and inbuilt social analytics.
- Track and analyse the success of campaigns through social analytics, gaining valuable insights.
- Contribute behind the scenes on set by running autocue, editing short VTs (video tapes), filming behind the scenes footage, and more.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- Starting salary of £14,000, recognising your talent and commitment to the field.
- Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
- Benefit from 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, ensuring ample time for relaxation and personal pursuits.
- Two performance reveiws a year to track personal development.
- Celebrate your special day with a day off within five days before or after your birthday.

- Experience occasional events such as film premieres, adding excitement and variety to your role.

**Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge**:

- Social media-savvy with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, providing an advantage in your role.
- Possess a Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2.
