**Job Title**:Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

**Base Location**: Chichester

**Salary**: £29,752 - £44,524 car /car allowance + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time

**What will I be doing in this role?**

We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join the **Chichester** team.

In this role, you will be supporting our Facilities Manager looking after our Maintenance contractors and staff. This will include H&S, compliance, contractual and company regulations and process. Leading additional value offerings.

Some of your role will involve;
- Team resource management
- Liaise and develop customer relations to build and expand our developing portfolio
- Motivating and leading a team
- Managing a busy work diary and attending meetings when required
- Ensuring correspondence is escalated correctly as per the internal processes

**What do I need to be successful in the role?**
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance
- Excellent communication, both internally and externally
- A valid UK Driving Licence
