We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic practitioner with initiative and drive who is keen to contribute to the further development of our children. You will have excellent communication skills, be reliable and a willingness to drive change.
**Education, Training and Qualifications**
Hold a full and relevant level 3 Early Years qualification.
**Experience**
Experience of working with children in their early years (0-5)
Excellent practice within an early years setting
Have a good knowledge base and awareness of Health and Safety legislation, Equal Opportunities, Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
**Knowledge and skills**
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, Development Matters and Ofsted regulations
Demonstrate an up to date knowledge of current thinking in developments in Early Years
Prepare and complete activities that meet the individual needs and interests to suit each individual child's stage of development and interests
Be able to work as a team
Have excellent organisational and time management skills
Be able to keep accurate and timely records

Have a professional attitude and manner
Be honest, reliable, flexible and enthusiastic
**Keeping Children Safe**
Have good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding duties, procedures and policies
