Senior Motion Graphics Designer

**Your role in the team**
As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, youll be responsible for working primarily with our Content team to help bring our vision to life. We are all about our learners, so you will be creating and developing engaging, informative and fun content that will help drive levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**- Managing end-to-end a variety of creative requests (including taking a brief, proposal creation, presentation of ideas and solutions, and post production analysis and recommendations)
- Leading the workflows from various sources whilst collaborating and coaching others in aspects of motion graphic design
- Create vibrant, informative and engaging motion graphics for our training courses
- Work alongside our in-house videographer to augment our video assets and elevate them to the next level
- Mentoring other members of the team where required
- Potential for line management in this role depending on experience
**What were looking for**:
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of Adobe After Effects
- Experience with character-based design, rigging and animation
- Ability of tracking live action content to add VFX flourishes
- An engaging, varied portfolio to back it up
- 2D Skills that drive and deliver creative compositions and post-productions.
- A solid understanding of brand and ability to convey a brand message through motion
- Good logístical / organisational skills for planning complex projects
- Commercial awareness of scheduling creative work for businesses
- Good grasp of time estimation for creative work
- You will be comfortable presenting to stakeholders, project teams and external clients or partners
- Able to work remotely as part of a cross-team initiative
**3D motion graphics / animation experience would be desirable for this role
