We're seeking a talented HR professional to join our client's team as Head of HR. As a key member of the senior management team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the company's people strategy and driving business success.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing or Engineering and a proven track record of leading and implementing people-focused initiatives. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a business-aligned People Strategy, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and establishing people metrics to inform business decision-making.
In return, you'll enjoy a highly competitive salary of up to £75,000 plus car allowance, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
