We are now looking for a Digital Innovation Lead to join our Research, Data and Innovation team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**

As a Digital Innovation Lead, you will help us understand what support people working in social care in Wales need to engage with digital innovations. You will focus on how we can make the best of our work with partners to support digital innovation.

Through your work, you will demonstrate how digital innovation can support person-centred approaches to social care.

Specifically, you will lead our approach to supporting digital innovation, provide advice, collate and share evidence on digital approaches and seek opportunities to improve support for digital innovation.

**About You**

To be considered for the role of Digital Innovation Lead, you will need:

- Experience of managing digital projects in social care or a related field
- Up-to-date knowledge of the digital and technology landscape for social care in Wales
- The ability to build collaborative relationships and formal partnerships with external stakeholders
- Experience of managing projects and resources to deliver business objectives
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data to draw out learning, assess impact and make recommendations
- An understanding of the importance of co-design and co-production to develop processes and offers
- A track record of using a co-design and co-production approach to develop processes and approaches
- An understanding of the Welsh policy context and how social services and social care is organised, funded and delivered in Wales
- Professional development, by way of a degree or equivalent vocational qualification, and evidence of ongoing continuing professional development
