Retail Supervisor

Trespass are looking for an experienced supervisor for its store in Solihull.

As a supervisor you will be supporting the store manager in the day to day running of the store. You should be passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service, leading by example in all areas of conduct and ensuring all areas of the shop floor have strong visual standards.

You will focus on driving sales and maximising store profitability, while providing industry leading service on the high street. You will continue to exceed your stores KPIs and maintain the company standards while following company guidelines.

To be a successful supervisor you will:
Have gained management or supervisory skills in either a retail, hospitality or leisure.

Be a real people-person, always accessible and hugely passionate when it comes to recruiting, developing and empowering your team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£10.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
