**The role**:
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving quality and value through integrations with our platform and will work collaboratively with stakeholder groups to deliver on ways to creatively solve problems.

The role is high profile and offers an excellent career growth opportunity as our business continues to scale. Working closely with the PO for our members, and acting as Product Owner in the Scrum Delivery Squad(s) as part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), the key responsibilities of this role would be to:

- Maintain a dashboard of key integration performance KPIs and provide regular commentary and performance updates to business stakeholders.
- Assess opportunities for new integrations. Work with stakeholders, both internal and external to define and deliver project scoping documents, remove roadblocks, navigate technical complexities and find solutions to product development challenges.
- Ensure that the roadmap and product backlog is appropriately prioritised and satisfies the needs of partners, members, integration partners and affiliates by optimising the release of value in line with customer expectations and the product vision
- Work closely with our partners, data team and software developers to ensure product performance, addressing functionality issues and managing problems through to resolution.
- Create, prioritise and clearly communicate Product Backlog items ensuring that the Product Backlog is open, visible, and understood by stakeholders.
- Frequently groom and manage the product backlog and prioritise the sprint tasks by working closely with the Scrum Master and wider dev team(s).
- Clearly define user stories based on customer requirements to the team’s Definition of Ready (DoR) and demonstrate the value expected from each increment.
- Work collaboratively with development and QA. Assist with some QA tasks as and when needed.
- Position yourself as the primary contact point for all product integration related enquiries.
- Work with Marketing, Operations, Sales and Support functions to manage the changes you deliver back into the business. Maintain consistent and well-documented detail on each integration, and maintain developer documentation for APIs.
- Ensure close alignment and partnership between the development team(s) and other stakeholders, making sure that all departments related to a launch are focused as to deliver outstanding and timely results.
- Write and publish release notes.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, ensure that the context, rationale, and purpose of each project is clear to all team members.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience working as a product owner as part of a scrum agile software development team.
- keen interest in software development and product ownership.
- Strong commercial acumen and IT literacy.
- A good understanding of software development and able to support technical decision making.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident dealing with partners and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with APIs.
