**About Us**:
In this role you will report to the VP of IT OEM Global Business, assisting with various tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating and formatting presentations, reports, and documents.
- Showcasing your technical wizardry by providing visually appealing and accurate presentations that align with our organisational guidelines and branding.
- Conducting market research and providing data analysis.
- Arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Providing technical support for meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Tracking and following up on actions that arise from meetings, presentations, and discussions.
- Helping to maintain and organise technical documentation and files.
- Arranging travel for the sales team
- Coordinating technical training sessions, workshops and seminars for our team members.
- Embracing any new challenges with enthusiasm and tackling any other tasks that come your way with passion

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. Working towards or have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business or Administration is desirable
- Superb attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to develop presentations and respond to requests accurately and timely.
- A flair for juggling multiple tasks and priorities like a pro, all while keeping a cool head under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To be able to manage and organise schedules, diaries and coordinate with others globally.

This role will also offer you a brilliant rewards package which includes:

- A salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, based on working Monday - to Friday, 39 hours a week.
