Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Project Worker at Sach Road.

**The role of Project Worker will include**:
- Providing high quality, person centred, support to help our customers to develop the skills needed for independent living
- Maintaining and updating customer files, including completing daily notes and general administration tasks
- Liaising with external agencies to understand and support the needs of our customers, advocating for them when required
- Helping the customer with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, social networking and keeping their living quarters reasonably clean and tidy to maximise our customers’ independence and personal potential
**Skills and experiences**:
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards is desirable
- Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and accepting approach to customers, whatever their needs
- Some knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications
