**I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Microsoft Partner who are looking for a D365FO HR Functional Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. It's a home based role, with travel to client site whenever required.**

**Main responsibilities**
- Participate in each phase of the implementation, from analyzing the client's current business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics Human Resources to meet the client's needs, providing a solution that fits the organization's specifications.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Human Resources and evaluates the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality and offer solutions where the requirement needs flexibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that as the functional consultant you gain an in-depth set of requirements, are aligned to the overall business objectives, and fully understand current business needs.
- Can perform a gap analysis on business requirements and provide recommendations on solutions.
- Design and recommend data migration approach and strategy.
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements to ensure a solution is provided and an outcome is expected by the client.
- Be responsible for configuring Microsoft Dynamics HR to achieve the customer's business requirements.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing.
- Be responsible for providing in-depth training to client resources to successfully use and maintain Microsoft Dynamics HR

**Skills and experience**

Required
- Experience in Human Resources (sector - may have had a career in HR before moving into HR systems).
- Implementing experience in HRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics required)
- Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
- Ability to decompose a challenge into smaller parts and address the parts in a disciplined manner, individually or as a part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach and great communication skills.
- A natural affinity for technology with a desire to improve technical skills.
