Role Overview:

They are looking for a skilled D365 BC Functional Consultant to join their team As a key player in their consultancy, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design solutions, and implement D365 BC to optimize their processes. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, but it also requires travel to client sites to provide hands-on support and training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement D365 BC solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of D365 BC.
  • Analyze client data and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 BC functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business process designs, configurations, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with D365 BC updates and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) or NAV.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required (up to 30-50% travel).
  • Certification in D365 BC or NAV is a plus.
