Business Change Enablement Consultant:
The Business Change Enablement Consultant is responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of change via a positive and consistent process for the business. They will ensure that all key areas are fully engaged and ready to accept any changes that are delivered, whether continuous improvement or transformational change. The consultant will be responsible for facilitating, planning and embedding the change to minimise disruption to the daily running of the business.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Identify any function impacted by the proposed change to scope and impact assess their business requirements
- Work closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure alignment across business and tech implementation, ensuring any new or changed service is sustainable and can be supported by the business
- Manage and progress readiness and implementation safely by identifying and escalating any risks or issues to ensure smooth transition
- Work collaboratively with the relevant SMEs as required
- Coordinate Business Acceptance Testing
- Responsible for process maps and documentation, ensuring quality delivery
- Manage deliverables and any reporting requirements for the change
Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of a project role not essential but preferred
- Experience of working cross functionally and building sustained working relationships
- Understanding of Agile or Continuous Improvement methodology principles not essential but preferred
- Strong knowledge of the financial advice market, including products and services
- Ability to self-manage, organise and prioritise workload
- Pro-active, driven and enthusiastic
- Proven ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments
