As a Business Change Officer, you will be a core member of a multi-disciplinary project team transforming HR services within the Scottish Prison Service.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our Programme of Change, which will initially see the introduction of integrated HR systems, digitally enabled working practices, and a new delivery model.

You will collaborate with HR Business Leaders and Practitioners to drive process improvement and configure new digital systems. You will be a key contact point for our end-users and HR practitioners, providing advice, support and guidance on HR systems and digital working practices.

In addition, as an agent of change, you will support the People Change Lead in the coordination of people change readiness planning and facilitating stakeholder workshops, systems demonstrations, and other engagement events.
- ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to support the delivery of process improvement, gathering feedback on improvements and best practices for process owners.

Manage configuration projects for HR work packages and carry out systems configurations.

Support the creation of test scripts to be used for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and co-ordinate the end-to-end UAT process.

Document the administration of HR systems and interfaces through the development and publication of desk instructions and end user support materials.

Advise and support end-users and practitioners on effective system functionality and use and promote smarter working practices.

Support the People Change Manager in the coordination of the Business Readiness Implementation Plan through the facilitation of stakeholder workshops and systems demonstrations.
