**Job Description**:
Our client based in Bridgend is looking for an experienced HR Administrator. This is a long-term temporary assignment unit March 2024.
Working within the Human Resources & Organisation Development team you will undertake a range of duties in order to help achieve the team's service standard and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to the Learning & Development team in order to support the wider work of the HR/OD Team.
- Provide 'first point of contact' support for managers and employees with learning and development related queries, resolving or escalating calls as appropriate.
- Assist with the preparation and setting up of training sessions.
- Asist with the development, maintenance and updating of the integrated HR systems and learning and development website.
- Contribute to the continual review, streamlining and improvement of processes to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
- Undertake specific project work under the direction and supervision of the L&D Manager.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Previous experience working within an office environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word & Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deal with confidential information appropriately.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
The rate of pay is £11.38 per hour.
