Magnolia Barbering is looking for a Barber to provide excellent haircuts and make sure all customers are satisfied. We are a growing barber shop that offers great service and a fun, positive environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform basic barber services (e.g. cut, style, and check out)
- Assess customers’ needs and provide services according to their preferences
- Track down all customer complaints, and provide alternatives and sales pitches in a timely manner
- Greet customers at the counter as they enter our store
- Inform customers about discounts and new products
- Maintain a clean and tidy barbersalon
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Skills**
- A barbering or cosmetology license is preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail is helpful but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of hairstyling techniques is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills
- A can-do attitude and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-50 per week

**Salary**: £255.09-£537.00 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- S40 1AR.: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barbering: 1 year (preferred)
