We have an opportunity for you to join the team working at
one of our schools where your dedication to the role will enhance the
children’s learning environment.

Hipswell Primary School, Catterick Garrison,
is a friendly family orientated school where the children learn about good
behaviour and respect to others.

Working for NYC as a Caretaker, you will be responsible for
the security of the building, responding to emergency call outs as well as
ensuring outside areas are kept safe and clean. You will support the maintenance
of the building by checking and replacing light fittings, assisting with minor
repairs and replacing consumables.

You will support the training and
development of Cleaning Assistants on site as well as assist with cleaning
duties as directed. Full training will be provided. The hours are between 06.45
and 07.45 and then from 18.00 till 20.00 daily and totalling to 15.00 per week
over 5 days. There is some flexibility over these hours that can be discussed
over interview. For this you will be
paid £11.78 per hour.
