**Role Summary**
Marketing / Administration Officer undertakes and co-ordinates a wide range of day-to-day administrative activities to promote the work of the UK team and ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Agile Working policy anticipates a combination of office-based and home-based working.
**Main Tasks**:
**Office Administration**
Assisting the Business Support Team with various administration tasks such as:
- Making staff travel and accommodation bookings.
- Maintaining the Company's telephone system ensuring call menu options are updated.
- Assisting with company resources including office equipment and stationery when needed.
**Marketing & Communications Administration**
Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager with various marketing administration duties, including:
- Digital media including website, intranet, and social media postings.
- Delivery of the Company's newsletter.
- Customer communications/mailouts.
- Creating campaigns, planning and implementing print marketing.
- Social media research.
**Event Administration**
Supporting other teams with administration tasks such as:
- Arranging customer events, seminars, round table discussions, workshops and webinars.
- Organising recycling collection events when required.
- Booking staff attendance at conferences and other events.
- Co-ordinating and scheduling UK Town Hall calls.
- Managing the Company's annual social events and keeping track of expenses against budget.
- Assisting with presentations, templates, agendas, and attendance lists.
**General**
- Co-ordinate annual charity donations / or charity day.
- Promote our corporate culture initiatives
**Role Profile**
Essential Competencies:
- Experience in administration.
- Good Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillset
Desirable:
- Experience in event planning and delivery
- Experience in marketing & communications activities
