**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handling **inbound and outbound** calls
- Providing **exceptional customer service **via telephone
- Tailoring affordable **repayment plans** to help our customers on the road to financial recovery

You’ll spend the first 3 weeks in office for training Monday-Friday between 9am - 5pm. Once you’re ready to go, you’ll move onto our weekly shift patterns to ensure we’re there to support our customers when they need us. We are open 5 days a week. Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm. You have the option of a **37.5, 40 or part time hours** per week contract. This allows you flexibility to choose from a range of shift patterns and pick the one that suits your own work / life balance; whilst maximising the income you receive.
